Stephanie McGraw
President
Stephanie McGraw is the founder and CEO of WARM (We All Really Matter) domestic violence organization. Stephanie gave birth to WARM in 2010 coming out of her own vicious cycle of abuse. She established WARM, becoming the first Black woman to create a domestic violence agency in Harlem.
Wilma Brown
Vice President
Wilma Brown Phillips is a longtime community activist and political leader as well as an entrepreneur. She has been dedicated to providing critical services, support and empowerment to the families and residents of Central Harlem specifically and New York City in general.
Peter Breger
Secretary/Treasurer
Peter Breger is an entertainment attorney who has represented theatre and film producers, investors, commercial and non-profit theatres, writers, directors, and performers for over twenty-five years. He is a Tony-Nominated producer of Broadway, Off-Broadway and Regional Theatre.
Rona Jolliffe-Espeut
Board Director
Rona is Training & Development Consultant who engages her talent and expertise to advocate for wellness in the workplace, alignment in leadership, equitable access, and truth in diversity and inclusion.
Hamshy Raveendran
Board Director
Hamshy is currently a Global Account Leader at Amazon Web Services. She brings over 16 years of experience in global business development, sales, and marketing experience helping large companies scale and build new markets. Hamshy's passionate about driving social change and gender equality.

A Senior Product Manager at Amazon, he is an award-winning product manager, business transformation strategist, and believer in the power of brands to provide evolving solutions for unmet consumer needs.
Lu Sean Thompson

Lu Sean began her career as a Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency/Trauma Care. She has been involved in several organizations throughout her life, now doing work in criminal justice, affordable housing, and holistic medicine.
Soyini Chan Sue

Founder of City Safe Partners, Ms. Chan Sue is a lifelong first responder with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for keeping her community safe. She has a 22 year career with the NYPD Organized Crime Control Bureau.
